Marley joined the Renegade crew over Memorial Day weekend at the National Canaan Dog Specialty in Ohio. She is our second dog from River Rock Farm and is an absolute sweet-heart. She was a doll to drive 16+ hours home with and will be a great traveling companion down the road.

Following in her half-brother Rasta's footsteps, we named her Marley. And just like Rasta, she has a very laid back attitude. But don't let that fool you, she will

play rough with the big boys and girls of the pack. As she trots around our backyard you can see her excellent structure and light-footed movement.

Marley is a very sweet, loving and smart girl. We look forward to her contributions to our line and the Canaan Dog community in both the show ring and as a mother.

Marley's show career from naive show girl to CH show special took all of four months, in which she garnered 3 majors and a few points to finish her CH title with ease. She earned her CGC at 8 months, the same day as her conformation ring debut. She has been shown as a special on a limited basis. At the age of 18 months, a year and change after we brought her home from the 2003 National Specialty, Marley was honored with the Best of Opposite Sex award at the 2004 CDCA National Specialty. This delightful young girl has met our expectations in every way, in and out of the ring and we are tremendously pleased with how she is maturing.
