Amanda (Harry’s co-owner) called to say hello and I (Renee) sat down in the whelping box. I had worked the day prior and admittedly hadn’t played with the pups in a day or so. Upon sitting down I was barked at! All of a sudden, the little bumps turned into bona-fide puppies. They are getting sturdier on their legs and toddling around the whelping box. This week is my favorite because they play in slow motion and it is fun to watch. Mom Marley remains super protective and doting, she watches everyone who handles her puppies with great interest and still gets a bit upset to have one removed from the whelping box. The pups are growing quickly and personalities are starting to develop. Ollie is supersweet and easy going so far. Camber is a little more headstrong. Jib keeps a low profile. This was their first week practicing ‘stacks’ and overall they were quite cooperative. Enjoy the new pics!
